We provide online booking services for religious ceremonies (Pujas) and Bhandara services. Our services include:

• Online booking of various Puja services
• Bhandara (community meal) arrangements
• Photo and video proof of conducted ceremonies
• Digital certificates of completion
• WhatsApp/SMS updates on puja status

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through our website
• You must provide accurate information including name, phone number, email, and gotra
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email and SMS

3.2 Payment Methods:

• We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for select services
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

3.3 Payment Security:

• All online payments are processed through Razorpay secure payment gateway
• We do not store your card or banking details
• Payment information is encrypted and secure

4. Puja Scheduling

• Pujas will be conducted on the date and time selected during booking
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may reschedule with prior notice
• You will be notified of any schedule changes via phone/email/SMS
• Advance booking of at least 24 hours is recommended

5. Cancellation and Refund

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

6. Proof of Service

• Photo and/or video proof will be provided for all completed pujas
• Digital certificate will be issued upon completion
• Proof will be shared via WhatsApp/Email within 24-48 hours of puja completion
• Physical certificates can be requested at additional cost

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Ensure contact details (phone/email) are correct for updates
• Make payment on time to confirm booking
• Inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We conduct pujas with utmost devotion and according to traditional practices
• We are not responsible for any spiritual outcomes or results
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
