We strive to provide the best service to our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our Puja and Bhandara booking services.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled puja: Full refund (100% of amount paid)
- 24-48 hours before scheduled puja: 50% refund of amount paid
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled puja: No refund
- After puja has started: No refund
2.2 Cancellation by Us:
- In case we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund (100%)
- We will notify you immediately via phone, email, and SMS
- Alternative dates will be offered if you prefer rescheduling instead of refund
2.3 How to Cancel:

- Cancellation requests must include your Order ID and registered phone number
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Processing Time:
- Online Payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
3.2 Refund Amount Calculation:
- Refund amount is based on the cancellation timeline mentioned above
- Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
3.3 Non-Refundable Items:
- Pujas already completed
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled time
- Special customized puja packages (unless cancelled 72+ hours in advance)
- Payment gateway transaction charges
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Free rescheduling: Available if requested 48+ hours before scheduled puja
- One-time rescheduling fee: ₹100 if requested 24-48 hours before puja
- No rescheduling: Available less than 24 hours before scheduled puja
- Rescheduling subject to availability of priests and temple schedule
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical Emergency:
- Full refund or free rescheduling available with valid medical certificate
- Must be submitted within 24 hours of scheduled puja time
5.2 Natural Calamities:
- Full refund or free rescheduling in case of natural disasters
- Includes floods, earthquakes, severe weather conditions
5.3 Technical Issues:
- If puja cannot be conducted due to our technical issues, full refund will be provided
- Alternative arrangements will be made at no extra cost
6. Refund Process
Step-by-step refund process:
- Submit cancellation request via phone or email
- Provide Order ID and reason for cancellation
- Our team will verify the request within 24 hours
- Refund eligibility will be confirmed via email/SMS
- Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method in 5-7 business days
- You will receive confirmation once refund is processed
7. Bhandara Services
- Cancellation 7+ days before: Full refund minus preparation costs
- Cancellation 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days: No refund (food already ordered)
- Bhandara cannot be rescheduled once food preparation has started
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Service quality issues (with valid proof)
- Incomplete puja due to our fault
- Missing proof/certificate delivery
- Any other service-related issues verified by our team
9. Dispute Resolution
- All refund disputes will be reviewed by our customer service team
- Decision will be communicated within 3-5 business days
- If unsatisfied, you may escalate to our senior management
- Final decision will be made within 7 business days
